My bf has had this plant for over 10 years and it sits outside in half sun half shade. It’s till growing new leaves but idk what to do to help it thrive! Some of the leaves have some brown ends and some of the roots look dead. Should I cut off all the dead parts and the plastic pot and repot everything? Help!
