Why are plants looking a bit sad?

Hi I’m very new to plants had these guys for about 2 weeks, and since I’ve got them I’ve moved my room around trying to find the best place for them but they don’t seem to get any better, where they are currently they get probably about 6-8 hours sun mostly in the afternoon, I’ve watered them maybe 4 times but they continue to get worse. Feel like I’m failing as a plant dad, what can I do to help them grow better
