Please help my Silver Sword!

Hey! My silver sword has started to have some discoloration on its lower leaves, it’s watered once to twice a week, gets afternoon sun, and fertilized once a month. It’s in a bark and soil mixture. It’s new leaves have not had this problem it’s only on it’s lower third. Please give me any any advice or help! Thank you in advance!
The last two pictures are it’s top two leaves.
