Brown spots and droopy pilea :(

Got my pilea around a week ago. A few days ago, I put some neem oil on the leaves and the day after, it became droopy and brown spots appeared :(
Watered it twice since I got it (I live in a tropical country so it gets dry fast), havent added fertilizers or anything.
What can I do to help my pilea?
