Basil and mint keep getting the same disease

Hey!
So for about a year now I've struggled to keep basil and mint alive (it's always these two, no other plants seem to be this affected). They both end up getting dark spots on the leaves and die. Any idea what it might be?
Watering - when the soil is no longer wet Sunlight - next to window, about 2/3h of direct sunlight
