Begonia shrinking?

As you can see the lower leaves on my angel wing are significantly larger than the newer ones. Any idea why? I water when the soil dries, it has a south facing window about 6 feet to the left and a grow light a couple feet to the right. Regular potting soil with perlite for drainage.
