Help!! Neon Pothos Diagnosis

Hi everyone! This is my 2 year old pothos. She is my absolute pride and joy as she came from a cutting. We recently moved to Las Vegas and I’ve noticed what looks to be pest marks on her leaves and browning tips. She definitely needs to be repotted and I’ve used some neem oil to control pests but I’ve noticed some of the same issues on new leaves. Please help! Plant has drainage holes and gets indirect sunlight all day. Water 2x a week.
