Why is it droopy and pale

Hibiscus (center) in zone 11 in sunny spot but with some tree cover. I keep it outside and it’s the rainy season. I can’t tell if I should water it more or move it so it gets less rain, or less sun. I had it about a year and it grew from a tiny thing.
