As said in the title, I end up being a bit of a plant hoarder and am very reluctant to throw out plants, long past the point that I probably should. I've had a pretty tough winter with my plants this year so would love to save as many as I could. If people with some more experience with the following plants could please let me know if they're past the point of saving that would be great.
Pineapple plant. Bought on clearance, looked healthy at the time, spent a little time in a high humidity greenhouse where its leaf tips started to go mouldy, was repotted and its leaves have continued to brown and die and the pineapple has yellowed too.
Mango. Grown from a seed, grew very well in the beginning, growth tip went black in June and was removed and hasn't grown since. Leaves now seem to be dying BUT there does seem to be some new growth coming through (pic 4).
Matucana. Bought last year on reduction. Was healthy until November when I repotted it to a well draining soil where it started to yellow and just won't stop. Gave it a quick squeeze today and its squishy internally, not externally (sort of like a succulent should be when it needs a water, but the soil is still moist).
Poinsettia. I've gone through the motions of most poinsettias, bought a super healthy plant, it started to lose its green leaves after 2 weeks, I cut it down to its current size after only the red leaves were left, planned to try to regrow it over the year but its now turning very dark green, almost black.
Thanks.
