Help adjusting care for the two struggling ones

I got all of these from friends so unfortunately don’t know what kind they are. The back ones and front left seem happy enough. The front right (string of pearls?) and left ones are less so.
I deep water them all once a month, soaking in a bucket of water for a few hours to overnight. They get sun from the east for most of the morning where they’re at by the window. Any pointers?
