Post Body

I water it once a week, this gets 6 hours of sunlight. I spray the plant every other day. I use NPK as fertilizer. I've had it for 2-3 months and now the leaves are drying up in spots. 2nd image is for the leaves that has been fallen off. I recently noticed red dotted insects. They are so small that I'm unable to identify them. They can move around. They're only present on the back of leaves. What should I do?
