Are the leaves worth saving?

I have been spraying fungicide on the leaves of my birds of paradise for about three weeks now. There’s have not been much improvement but I’m desperately trying to save this plant.
It’s currently sitting by a south facing window. I water it when the dirt gets dry.
If you have any tips for caring for this BoP back to being healthy pleeeeease lmk! It’s my favorite plant named D’Gloria.
