Am I overwatering? Or is it nutrient deficient?

Why the brown tips? I water everyday, but I live in TX and right now it’s hotter than the devils anus. I stand there for about 10-30 seconds depending on how hot it is.
I have little baby ones that I water everyday for a shorter amount of time, and they’re also getting brown tips.
