Any advice on my Swiss cheese plant?

I've had it for 2 years now, this pot has no drainage holes which I'm assuming is an issue? I have it by the patio where it gets direct sunlight in the morning and not too much in the afternoon. I try to water it 1 or 2 times a week depending on how wet the soil is. Should I just repot it in a pot with drainage holes? Is the sunlight a good amount for it?
