Any Ideas on if and how to propagate this

So I had this monstera for about a year and over winter I noticed a lot of leaves yellowing and falling of, she has thrips, currently treating it (thats the white film), but she is looking really bare so I was thinking of propagating it. Water every week and she sits normally in the living room which gets a lot of light. Is it even worth propagation?
