Need tips/ tricks on how to protest property assessed value and get it reduced.
Post Body

I had purchased the house on 2023 April for around 605k. Laat year in 2023, our assessed value was around $350k but this year it has gone up to $580k.

I have already applied for Homestead. But I want to know is there any way I can still protest and try to get the taxable value decreased.

Planning to do it myself. What all proofs should i submit? The assessed value is lower than what i paid for. Hence seeking for suggestions.
