Cosplay idea

So I have a cosplay idea with my own touch for a plague doctor and I'd like feed back. My idea is instead of the usual coat with dress pants I want to do a suit, with a long coat/trench coat with all the other bits, like an apothecary satchel and vial holders. My question is how well recieved would my interpretation be? Is it a good idea, or a bad one all I ask is feed back and if this isn't allowed please let me know.
