Just looking to get some cards for my favorites for collector's sake! For Neo Raikou, would be hoping to get PSA graded 10 if possible, 9 if not. English only!
Please let me know if you have any Raikou / Lugia's besides the ones in title as well, I'd love to get whatever possible if there's anything out there. Would also be interested in merch / toys / mats as well.
