I didn't know that I, as a CSR, could claim tips until recently. My manager had to suck up to this woman complaining about her pizza, and we were having a laugh. At some point, I learned that I was allowed to claim curbside tips placed on a card (so long as I was the individual to cash them out AND bring them their food).
Guess who made their first big tip ($24!) since learning that. It was worth running around, and now dealing with a twitching thigh which is probably a nice warning that I pulled a muscle at some point (I usually have a twitchy thigh after work, but this one is slightly stronger - no pain, don't worry!)
