Low volume only with Huawei MatePad

Hi I've the first Pixel Buds and they never gave me any problem. I've attached them to my Xperia and my Garmin Fenix and I can listen music perfectly. I've just bought a Huawei MatePad 10.4 and when I attach the buds to it, the audio is barely audible. I've checked all the settings but the volume is at the Max. If attach them back to the phone the audio is great. Any idea how to fix it?
Edit: Solution, it was an Emui setting https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/content/en-us00714683/
