Buzzing in right ear bud

So I've had my pixel buds since October but just recently I've been hearing a buzzing/hissing sound in the right ear bud when I play a video and put the sound down. Once I put the volume back up I can't hear it as much but if I pause the video it can be heard again. This only happens when a video is playing. Has anyone else experienced this?
