P7P Jan update made it a brick
Post Body

So it's been a while since I asked, but the January update caused the phone to go through a boot loop because it couldn't access the internal memory and I'm guessing the operating system with it. They came out with a tool that supposedly was supposed to fix it but it didn't and I couldn't flash a older OS on it. Partly because I do not have the technical abilities, but also because my computer cannot pick it up as a device at all and I cannot access it. I was curious if an actual solution has been found for this. We can power it on but it stays on the startup loading screen where it has the loading bar on it forever and I don't know what to do about it. I waited a while so hopefully there's an actual viable solution to it.
