How to disallow second call from coming through on DND?

I turn on DND on my Pixel 6Pro at night and have my family starred so they can get through in an emergency. An acquaintance got through DND and got my phone to ring at 2a this morning by calling me two times in a row. Is there a way to make it so no one except starred contacts can ever get through while the phone is on DND? I do not want this acquaintance to be able to call me two times in a row and wake me up. Thanks!
