What is it about Pittsburgh do you like

Hi everyone,
I am going to be moving to pittsburgh, this year. What specifically do I have to keep in mind. I did some research, and apparently roads are not great(?) And cost of living is good compared to other cities. I have a job in the downtown. So what do you recommend me? And what about racism and crime? Sorry, I know too many questions.
