Apartment complexes with car charging (EV) stations?

We may be moving (back, in my case) to the area, and I have an EV. I may be able to charge it at work or in public places in the city, but it's so much more convenient when it's at home. Obviously, when it's time to buy a house, we'll just install one of our own, but for the first while there, I was wondering if anyone knew of complexes that had stations built in, or may at least be amenable to installing them?
