Emergency Milk Replacement

Hi! So my dog who is older just gave birth to puppies which we didn't even know as she gave no signs.Bad thing is she didn't produce any milk at all so we don't know what to do.. Is there anything we can use as a homemade replacement I want them to atleast survive a week till I get the thinhs for them. Please I'll take any suggestions (btw I live in a third world country so esbilac and those aren't here)
