Here’s the story. I am a regular employee under the Integrated Provincial Health Office of a certain province. My item is Medical Officer III. For the entire 2022, I HAVE NOT filed any leaves (VL, FL, SPL) kasi the nature of our duty schedule is 7-8 days per month (straight duty in our case) and makakaduty lang talaga ako since I plan my activities and gala ahead of time.

Recently, I applied for monetization pero binalik sa akin ang papers kasi hindi pa ako pwede. The reason — hindi ko fully na-understand.

With this, do you have any tips/helpful suggestions on what needs to be done?
