Winner palagi ang vegan spaghetti ko. No one can tell na vegan sya. Everyone gets shocked na from the giniling to the hotdogs ay 100 % plant based as in no meat, eggs, dairy or any animal based ingredients. Sometimes, I use vegan ground meat and sausages from Unmeat since they can be bought in any major grocery stores. Pero ang favorite kong gamitin is yung from Country Vegefoods, downside is their frozen products can’t be easily bought anywhere. Good thing, yung South supermarket na malapit sakin started carrying them recently. Btw, their products have canned version that can be bought on Shopee. Pag di nyo mahanap, gamit na lang kayo ng Unmeat or TVP.
A little disclaimer, medyo bland yung products nila but when mixed with herbs, spices and other ingredients, sumasarap. Just like my crowd-pleaser spaghetti sauce.
