Am I crazy or is pinball kind of a workout
Post Body

So to preface, I’m only 26 years old and lived a very active lifestyle when I was younger, but my job in my adult life has been quite sedentary and I don’t workout by choice haha. I was never overweight, but I was certainly not fit or anything.

I’ve noticed I’ve been getting slightly more fit recently out of nowhere - nothing crazy but it’s noticeable. I’ve also recently gotten more into pinball, specifically tournaments and locals. After tournaments I feel like my calves are burning a little bit from holding the stances and preparing to nudge for hours. Am I crazy or does anyone else relate????

EDIT: i think i explained poorly, i am a leg kicker and tilt a good amount but I'm definitely not out of breath or sweating or anything lol! i just feel like i used muscles to some degree which is surprising to me in what i would consider a relatively non-athletic hobby and wanted to know if others felt that too.
