Should I wait a couple days before getting it checked out, and just do some epsom baths and clean the area?

I think I have a PC . Popped out of nowhere but it’s not like an outward one it’s more internal so you can necessarily see it too much. There’s no “head” yet
I just got off antibiotics for a UTI and this pain popped up right after the antibiotics. Weird right?
Anyway what do you suggest? It definitely hurts to sit
