Using Hydrogen Peroxide or similar to kill cyst

Has anybody used peroxide or something similar to try and kill whatever bacteria’s in the cyst? I can imagine the pain would be bent over the sink gripping the sides type pain but in theory wouldn’t it make sense? Flood the hole with peroxide to kill all bacteria that could cause a flare up?
