When should I go to the emergency room?

It’s been 2.5 and the pain is beyond insane like an 8/10 constant pain, but I’ve had so many cysts at this point that I’m trying to just wait out the clock. I won’t be able to have surgery until next year at the earliest so please don’t comment about surgery :(. No fever, vital signs are a little bit elevated because of the pain but still within my normal parameters. I don’t have a ride to the emergency room and live in an area without public transport so I’d have to call an uber and spend $30. Is it worth it?

EDIT: IT POPPED!! The oxy pads, epsom salt. and heating pad helped.
