hehehehhehheh hi
so i've been knocked down with the flu these past few days and staying in bed gave me a chance to edit some older audios i never posted for whatever reason (probably bc i disliked one thing and it led to me spiraling EL OH EL) and maybe it's the NyQuil talking but i decided why notttt
i really wanna do more realistic audios like these with situations people might actually experience irl. i know for me expressing my feelings and setting boundaries was/is really hard because i was never used to them being respected and validated, and it can still be hard even when you're in a healthy relationship because of your past fears! for example, the speaker in this audio does minimize their own feelings in an attempt to manage what they believe will be a confrontational and dismissive reaction from their partner, so i just wanna make it clear that you should never feel like that in a healthy relationship! you deserve someone who makes you feel safe enough to bring up any and all issues that you feel <3 😤 even if you have a caring partner i know it can still be difficult to get used to communicating like that but i promise the first times are always the hardest and it gets soo much easier with time and positive encouragement. i do wanna make a reverse version of this audio too for that reason ^^ ok that's enough from me BYEEE!<
