This is a comfort script written sorta with dissociation/anxiety in mind? Though hopefully it can be found as comforting even outside of that. I wrote the listener as being mute, mainly writting with it being caused by what they need relief for in mind but I hope it's something that can work for people mute in general.

Anything in [Square Brackets] is actions and such for the speaker, and anything in (Round Brackets) is listener actions
