The second part of the audio is from a personal experience, and I’ve been trying to find a way to cooperate it into a script. And the moment I read this one, it just clicked. It’s perfect for a quick pick-me-up. If you want to listen to the general comfort only, you can stop at 01:55. From then, it focuses more on self-hate and bad thoughts.
