Summary
(For the Speaker) You're a (closeted) yandere in a relationship with the person you love. One day, when you ask them what they want for their birthday, they reply that they'd like for you to "pretend" to be a yandere for them, seeing as they love yanderes so much. As you gradually display your "pretend" yandere antics, you test the waters to see if they really do love yanderes. After you are certain they do, you come clean and show them that you aren't just pretending, much to their glee.
(For the Listener) With your birthday coming up, your girl/boyfriend asks what you want. Replying that you'd love for them to pretend to be a yandere for you, they take the chance to have a practice trial. You're pleasantly surprised to discover just how much they nailed the role. You'd think they weren't acting!
