Hello again!
The dialogue is fairly short but I do ask you to count to 50 out-loud at one point. So...
You get a call from your partner (the listener) who manages to explain they are having an anxiety attack from either making a mistake, saying something stupid, having to take time off, or generally causing someone else (a routine amount of) hassle. Their brain has spiraled out of control about being potentially fired for such trouble-making. You walk them through some breathing and counting exercises (You will be counting to 50, out loud) and then telling some stories and about similar situation "you" experienced. You also make a few smartass jokes.
I'm using anti-anxiety techniques that I have found help me. Counting, breathing, stimming (finger tapping) and empathy, rather than sympathy, from others.
Optional foley: Edit this to sound like a phone call. It's not entirely necessary.
