In this audio, I help guide you through the process of taking your testosterone injection. There's encouragement, some joking, reassurance, guided relaxation and some praise at the end.

The audio operates under the assumption that you have all your equipment ready: the syringe, the testosterone (pre-warmed) and something to disinfect/clean the bottle and injection site. It also assumes you know where you're meant to be injecting (intramuscular or subcutaneous), but doesn't mention a specific site or method of injection.

I guide you through some breathing exercises and then flexing and relaxing the muscles near your injection site. I talk you through the cleaning process, drawing up the T in your syringe, and then after a little pep talk, give you a gentle three-second countdown to inject yourself. If this isn't enough time and you're not ready, you can pause or rewind the audio. After that, I talk you through depressing the syringe slowly, injecting it all, and then cleaning up and disposing of the needle safely. Then I praise how brave you were and tell you I'm proud of you, and that since you were so brave, you deserve a nice treat. Please do something nice for yourself, give yourself a treat for me.
