Suitable for listeners of any gender. Contains no roleplay but also no breach of the fourth wall.
Here's a short, 3 minute pep talk for people who are anxious about tomorrow. The audio doesn't address a specific thing you're going to encounter tomorrow, so it's suitable for anxiety about work, study, errands, or basically anything else. I reassure you that your brain is trying to come up with problems before they happen so it can protect you from them, but they're unlikely to occur and won't be as bad as your brain thinks. You're a competent, capable, intelligent person and you've got this. Even if some bad things do happen, you'll be able to handle them. I remind you that it's okay to ask for help or take some time to come up with a solution to a problem, and that you'll get through things just as you always have. You've often worried about things in the past that turned out perfectly fine, and this will be the same. I believe in you and you've got this.
I hope you enjoy and find it helpful. If you'd like to hear more of my audios, you can find them organised on my subreddit /r/msa_andeh.
