No Heartbeat || With Heartbeat in Both Ears || With Heartbeat in Right Ear || With Heartbeat in Left Ear

I wanted to record something for the 4th of July but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to record something new. I did record this last year and thought it would still apply and may help people who need it.

The story is that a partner has PSTD because of fireworks that have been going off for the Fourth of July. I try my best to comfort.

I edited 4 variations of this audio. I find when I can’t sleep, a steady beat, like a heartbeat, really helps me. So, one of the versions doesn’t have a heartbeat. The other has the heartbeat in both years. The last two have the heartbeat in either the left or the right ear. My logic behind this is that if you are actually laying on someone’s chest, you don’t hear the heartbeat in both ears so if you are laying on your side, it might add to the immersion if the heartbeat is only in one ear.

Retrospectively I realise how stupid my comment was about forgetting it was the Fourth of July. Can you tell I’m not American? Even then it is in the name. 4th of July, every year.

But enough of my rambling. I hope this audio can help anyone who needs a little comfort.
