This is an audio intended to validate your feelings (whatever they are) and let you know that it's okay to feel things. There's no judgement or shaming in this audio, just unconditional acceptance of your emotions and encouragement to feel them fully and let them go. I tell you that you can't control your feelings, they just happen, but you *can* control your behaviour, the way you act in response to those feelings. I encourage you to listen to your feelings, because they're there for a reason, and think about why you're feeling that way, whether you can do anything about the source or not. I tell you that you can sit with your feelings, no matter how uncomfortable they might be, and let them flow through you and then subside. These feelings will pass, even if it feels like they won't, and you will feel differently in the future. You'll be able to feel happiness, joy, contentment, all sorts of other things. I encourage you to work through these feelings in a healthy way that doesn't hurt you or others, and I tell you that I believe in your ability to do this. You've got this.
