This is a longer ramble, so please excuse any deviations from my usual (unreasonably high) standards of audio quality. Some crickets decided to join in half way, but maybe that just adds to the ambience.
In this ramble, I talk about a minor eating disorder (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) I have, the struggle to try new things (particularly new foods) and some realisations I've had from my experiences which you might find inspirational. It's about recognising your own strength and resilience, not needing to be afraid of small changes or trying new things, and how to grow in confidence and comfort.
I speak in a gentle, friendly way, with some passion but without judgement or intensity, and keep things largely to my own experiences, so it hopefully won't be triggering or upsetting if you have an eating disorder of your own. There's nothing I think would be particularly upsetting here, unless you are very sensitive to the idea of someone eating meat (beef, in this case) though I don't go into a great deal of detail about it.
Hopefully this might inspire you to try some new things yourself, whatever kind you want to.
