I've been on a bit of a mental health hiatus (which I've talked about here) but I'm trying to dip my toe back into recording, so I thought I'd start off with something nice and simple.
This audio is suitable for listeners of any gender. It does not specify or assume any relationship between us, it's just my voice speaking to you and encouraging you. It contains some mention of physical movement such as stretching, gentle yoga and having a shower, so may not be appropriate if you have some mobility issues.
This audio was made in response to a Patreon supporter request. I gently wish you good morning, reassure you that you're safe in bed, and that it's time to get up and start your day. I'm gently upbeat and positive, though not in a pressuring or annoying way, and let you get adjusted to being awake for a little while. I ask you to get up for my sake, and do some stretches or gentle yoga, have a nice shower and some breakfast, and do something enjoyable like listening to a song you like or an audio. There's some affirmation and encouragement, supporting you and letting you know I'm going to be there cheering you on, that you can get through the day and that I'll be proud of you for doing so. It'll hopefully pep you up and get your day started on the right note.
