This is a simple guided meditation audio to help you learn to focus your mind and relax your body. There's no spiritual or religious elements to it, it's just me guiding your breathing, helping you to focus your attention on specific parts of your body and scanning them for tension, relaxing them, helping you to center yourself when distracting thoughts or feelings come up. The audio lasts 15 minutes and works best if you're sitting comfortably in a chair, but doesn't require any unusual poses or any equipment.
