I've had a few people tell me they'd listen to me reading the phone book/dictionary, so let's put that to the test, shall we? People seem to appreciate audios to help them sleep, so I decided to try reading out some of a chemistry textbook. My voice is soft, steady and gentle so hopefully it will soothe you until you fall asleep, or else teach you some basic chemistry. There's no romantic framework or anything like that, and I've made sure to eliminate any harsh sounds or loud noises, so you should find this a soothing audio that shouldn't interrupt your sleep. My only concern is that I might not have made it boring enough, as I naturally try to read things in an interesting way, but I think you'll be able to fall asleep easily if you let yourself. Just let go, clear your mind of any expectation or pressure to sleep, and listen to the sound of my voice as you drift off.
You can listen on Youtube or soundgasm if you'd prefer.
If you enjoyed this audio (or found it helpful for sleeping) I'd love for you to leave me a comment or private message letting me know what you thought. If you'd like to find more of my audios, you can do so at my subreddit /r/msa_andeh.
