Here is a comfort audio I made to help anyone having some anxiety or unease. It's just some simple guided breathing, reassurance and some grounding exercises. I prompt you to list things around the room and I acknowledge when you say some things. This might feel awkward or create some dissonance to some listeners, but I hope it doesn't take you out of it too much.
It's improvised and based on a script I saw by /u/broken_into_pieces but I figured I'd add my own take on it. I hope it helps!
