Thought I'd go for something funny.
A guy's wife is heavily pregnant, he comes home from work to her sheepishly admitting she'd been having contractions all day and thought they were Braxton Hicks' until recently, and hadn't wanted to bug him with a false alarm. Cue guy having a mental breakdown/panic attack and panicking as he looks for the hospital bag (which was right at the door) and botches things. Then he gets called an idiot while driving her to the hospital.
Alternatively: she wakes him up to tell him, having been feeling them since last night.
Always wondered what went through men's minds when their wife went into labour. Would love to have a recording of what you think they'd say and think while panicking and screwing up in their haste.
