Summary: A friend finds you in the middle of a panic attack and gently gives you instructions to help guide you through it. They have you sit or lie down in a comfortable spot, breathe with you, walk you through a grounding technique called "5,4,3,2,1", lead you through a meditative exercise, and offer their support and encouragement.
I truly hope that this audio can be a comfort to you should you ever need it. Thank you to u/PrinceInYellow for this awesome script, I knew that I needed to record it as soon as I read it.
