I have struggled with intimacy (intercourse) pain for quite a many years. I bought a dilation kit of different size dildos and with instructions from my physical therapist that I had last year, in this audio I'm doing level 1 and 2 of dilation. If people are interested I could share a series and record each time I try a new dilator. There's 8 levels. This is just me in this audio using the dilators alone/by myself. Intimacy pain is not something that many talk about. I hope my audio opens the door for discussions about intimacy pain and help people find ways to talk about it openly.
