I am aware that it is recommended to wait 45 ish minutes on WGFJ and 45-2hours on tagament with maybe popping another 30 mins near dosing.
There are a lot of supplements out there that do effect benzos and i was wondering when do i take them.
For example, valerian root; do i take it before WGFJ or do i take it 20 mins before or at dosing? Should i take my supplements (or anything else) in the morning with a my protein shake and let it digest (obviously not with WGFJ, Tagamet, Omeprazole..)?
I have been trying many supplements to get the most out of my benzos and i seem to not be able to find the trick. I’ve tried many combos (couldn’t even list them all.. have many post saved) and nothing seems to be worth it besides maybe the WGFJ, Tagamet and Omeprazole.
Additionally to my above question - regardless if you have an answer to it - what are some good combinations that i can mix with benzos (kpins and Xanax specifically) and how do/would you time them to get the best effects?
This could be any kind of mix, functional, party, recreational, therapeutic; whatever you want to call it. Just asking for some ‘up to date’ tested combinations that will synergize, enhance, and potentiate benzos.
This can be any mix; drugs, herbs, supplements etc.
My goal is to try to learn how to get the most out of my benzo/try and figure a way to diminish, negate or slow the tolerance to avoid withdraws and maintain therapeutic effects. I know there is a lot of information out there but a lot of that is old and debated all over the place.
